Refund and Delivery Policy

Currently, we ship only in India. Products ordered through the website for delivery within India are shipped through our courier partners if the delivery service to the destination is available. In absence of courier service to the desired location, the products are shipped through Indian Postal Service (Speed Post).

Standard shipping is usually 7-14 working days for orders within India, but usually faster. If your order doesn’t reach out to you in time, you may contact us at support@relicult.com

Relicult.com is not responsible for service transit time. Delivery time to the end-user is subject to factors beyond our control (“Force Majeure Event”) including unexpected travel days from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes. Transit times are provided by Aftership and may vary with package origin and destination particularly during peak periods. All shipping costs are determined by the weight or volume of items (whichever is applicable) purchased the method of shipping chosen and the destination address. User agrees and acknowledges that any claims regarding order delivery (including non-receipt/ non- delivery of the order or signature verification) shall be notified to relicult within 5 days from the alleged date of delivery of product reflecting on the relicult portal. Non-notification by You of non-receipt or non-delivery within the time period specified shall be construed as a deemed delivery in respect of that transaction. relicult disclaims any liability or responsibility for claims regarding non-delivery, non-receipt of order (including signature verification in Proof of delivery) after 5 days from the alleged date of delivery of product reflecting on the relicult portal.
